When beginning our renovations on our second home, I was sure I’d never find any builder who shared my vision. After meeting with Sammy, from SF Ballou Construction, I knew right away that this was my builder. Throughout the process he was open to my suggestions and went above and beyond to give me just what I wanted. Even though friends and family (including my husband) didn’t think it was possible to do the things I wanted to do, Sammy made it work. Likewise, when I wanted to change or add, he was very honest regarding the cost versus the advantage of the proposed change. From our initial meeting, reviewing his drawings, meetings throughout the process, to our finished product Sammy was top notch, always available. We are thrilled with our new and improved home and are so thankful that we used SF Ballou Construction for our project!
